Description

The two roller machine comprises of two motor mounting frames which are connected to a test head assembly. The test head assembly has two roller housings one “fixed” and other “floating”. Motors operate in “Master-Slave” mode with programmable slip ratio.


Data Acquisition and Control
PC based control and data acquisition software is integral part of supply. The data acquisition software is LabView^TM based and needs windows XP Professional version of operating system in the host computer.

The online data can be acquired and stored up to 100 Hz acquisition rate. The recorded parameters are Roller RPM, Load, Slip Ratio, Temperature, Traction Force & Test duration.
