To determine break away torque of grease at sub zero temperatures.

Application

This testing method indicates the tendency of various greases to offer resistance to the rotation of bearing at low temperature below zero degrees Celsius. These specifications are used mainly with aviation applications and for equipment which work in sub zero environment.
