The Ducom TR 701 test system is designed to evaluate cutting and forming efficiencies of metal working fluids. This system works in conformity with the applicable test standards.
The system consists of a tapping head and a test area where the samples may be loaded. Facilities to measure instantaneous cutting torque, RPM, angle of rotation and duration of test are provided.
The TR 25 test instrument comes with the WinDucom software for data acquisition and display of results. WinDucom software is used to present data in a variety of ways and CompariView provides a powerful tool to view and compare test results for evaluation.
